The meticulous processing at El Paraiso includes ripe cherry picking, ozonated water washing, and a two-stage fermentation with special microorganisms, all before a thermal shock treatment. Innovative drying technology preserves its quality. Samuel Jr. offers an explosive coffee experience, challenging coffee norms, with tasting notes of star anise, dark fudge, and verbena.
