ROEST's mission was clear - to make a roaster that could adapt and respond to the coffee itself. They envisioned a machine that embraced the art and science of roasting with unmatched precision, one that allowed coffee people to achieve flawless results every time.

After countless prototypes, ROEST's first sample roaster was launched, designed to "listen" to the beans, learn from the process, and put the roaster in full control. Coffee professionals quickly saw the value of smart tech in roasting, leading to an enthusiastic reception within the specialty coffee community.
