The Apex Green Forum
Join Apex Coffee Imports for the second edition of the Apex Green Forum, a full-day event dedicated to connection, education, and celebrating the specialty coffee industry. This year, we're bringing four of our esteemed producing partners from Costa Rica, Bolivia, Guatemala, and Panama to share their coffees and stories with the Toronto coffee community.
This free-to-attend event is a unique opportunity to meet and engage with coffee professionals, the Apex team, and producers from Latin and South America.

Event Highlights:
- Panels and Q/A: Featuring four international producers, the panels will cover topics like "Alternative Processing Technologies" and "Politics and Their Impact on Long-Term Relationships."
- Cupping Sessions: Experience the incredible coffees presented by our producers.
- Roasting Demo: The Nucleus Team will host a roasting demonstration on the LORING roaster.
- Friendly Roasting Competition: The return of the popular competition!
- Brew Bar and Networking.
