Started in Calgary in 2011 by two people who couldn't find the coffee gear they wanted in Canada. More than fifteen years later, we're a strong team spread across Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal - and we're still excited about the same things we were at the beginning.

Are you someone who knows the coffee industry from the inside — and is genuinely excited about helping the people in it succeed. Whether that's a café owner figuring out their next equipment upgrade, a retailer building out their offering, or a hospitality group looking for the right setup, you understand what they need and you know how to deliver. This is a remote role based out of Calgary or Vancouver, focused on managing and growing our wholesale market across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan as part of our Wholesale Relationships team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Proactively identify and pursue new wholesale accounts across BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan, from initial outreach through to onboarding
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through regular communication and follow-ups
- Provide personalized product recommendations, conduct demos or training sessions, and troubleshoot customer challenges
- Monitor customer activity, re-engage lapsed accounts, and help drive sales in alignment with KPIs
- Represent Eight Ounce at trade shows, competitions, and industry events to build brand presence and your network
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Experience, Procurement) to share insights and align on strategy
- Participate in internal team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on products, trends, and tools
- Support broader company initiatives by providing feedback and perspective from the field

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email and online chat
- Assist with showroom duties and coverage as needed
- Internal support and communication on all implemented customer service processes
- Go above and beyond to offer unexpectedly great experiences to customers
- Work closely with the rest of the team to keep communication fluid

Eight Ounce is growing — and our warehouse is at the heart of it all. We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard and takes pride in getting every order out the door accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and the details matter to you, we want to hear from you.
- Preparing orders for shipping; picking product, packing boxes and processing for delivery
- Assisting with shipping and receiving; unloading trucks and putting products away in the correct locations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, receiving area and working stations neat; sweeping floors, shredding boxes, taking out recycling and garbage
- Adhering to all safety protocols, locking ladders and wearing proper safety equipment as required
- Organizing products, labeling shelves and updating inventory locations for streamlined order processing as needed.
- Assisting with local deliveries using the company vehicle, including the following:
- Safely operating the company vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and Eight Ounce's vehicle use policy
- Loading and securing product in the vehicle prior to departure to ensure safe transport; completing deliveries to storefront locations and other local destinations accurately and on time
- Handling products with care during loading, transport and drop-off to prevent damage
- Obtaining delivery confirmations and communicating any issues or delays in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and well-kept interior and exterior company vehicle
