Great Clean Kenyan

First time trying Coffee Collective and this one really hit the mark. It's exactly what I'd hope for in a Kenyan coffee. Great notes of dark berries, full bodied, with pleasant acidity. I could drink this every day.

Brewed on V60 and Aeropress, enjoyed both. I rested the beans ~3 weeks before opening. As much as I enjoyed this coffee, the price point can't compete with Heart, which is local to me and also has great Kenyan offerings.

Fantastic, classic Kenyan. I found it a little easy to over extract but dialing back the extraction made it sing.
