Produced by the Cedrobamba Collective in the high-altitude Cusco region, House of Plum is a masterclass in Peruvian natural processing. Grown at elevations up to 2,100 meters, the volcanic soil and cool Andean breezes slow the cherry maturation, concentrating sugars within the fruit. The resulting cup offers a silky texture and a wine-gum sweetness, featuring deep notes of dark red plum, toasted hazelnut, and sun-dried raisins.
