A traditional washed process refines the profile, accentuating a bright cup characterised by elegant notes of peach, apricot, and florals.

The tasting notes were different when received (box vs website) but still quality. Needs some more rest to bring out the notes fully, I think, but very nice and clean cup so far.

Perfect for filter brewing

Perfect for pour over - if you are not using a paper filter and a lower temp, you may have trouble brewing a clean cup. Peach flavour is easily recognizable.

Not as ‘in-your-face’ with the flavor compared to other Dak offerings, but sometimes that just what you need.
