The station is part of the Daye Bensa group, a family-run operation led by the Dukamo family, known for their award-winning quality and meticulous focus on traceability. This lot features the specific Ethiopian variety 74112, grown by local smallholders at extreme elevations. After harvest, the cherries are dried on African raised beds to concentrate their sweetness and aromatic complexity. The result is a vibrant cup that leads with elegant floral aromas of jasmine and meadow flowers, unfolding into a lush taste of forest fruits and rich honey.
