Great shots from Era!

Really well roasted espresso (medium). Pulled shots with 18 g in and 36 g out with times anywhere from 24 sec to 35 sec. The shorter shots were very fruity and the longer ones maybe a bit more balanced but all were enjoyable! Will buy again.
