Tried as a pour over and can pick up on some of the tasting notes. As an espresso, holds up well to oat milk.

High quality, easy to dial in, and cozy. No brainer - and stoked that Eight Ounce is bringing in 1kg!

This is the one of the best coffee I love to make latte art. Roasting level is perfect that gives clear lines for Rosetta or wing tulip latte art. Plus the tastes are wonderful nutty chocolate taste. Great balance with milk. Would recommend 100%. Only downside this time was roasting date. It was a month old.

Good for a daily driver. A touch more bitter than expected, but still trying to dial in the ratio.
