For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.

Sebastian Ramirez of El Placer presents Midnight Bloom, a Pink Bourbon that showcases his mastery of controlled fermentation. This lot underwent a staggering 200-hour anaerobic fermentation in 200-liter tanks, where temperatures were held at a constant 18°C and CO2 was injected to maintain a precise environment. The drying process was equally meticulous, involving a 20-day phase at 40°C followed by a 5-day shaded rest. This technical approach results in an elegant, multi-dimensional cup; a coarser grind highlights delicate florals like lavender and orange blossom, while a finer grind unlocks a dense, spicy sweetness featuring notes of prune, dark chocolate, and clove.
