Very good coffee! Smells wonderful, and tastes very clean with a mild sweetness to it.

Sometimes when a I read that a roast has acidic notes I'm always hesitant because it may be too acidic or not at all. This roast was pretty full bodied but the acidity was still there, and for me, just right. So for those who like the sort of chocolatey/honey like bodies, this is a good one if you want a bit of acidity with it!

was hoping for a deeper profile - vibe was truckstop coffee.

First time grinding my own coffee, so it took a few days to dial in the right grind, steep time, and water ratio on my Aeropress. The smell after grinding? Fantastic.

This one's on the lighter side for my taste—user error picking a med/light roast (at least according to roaster website...)—but once I got it right, I enjoyed it. Smooth and balanced, with a bit of liveliness(?) that keeps it from feeling flat.

Solid all-rounder, but I'll personally go darker next time.

This is a straightforward, lovely coffee. Very approachable and easy to brew as a pourover. It’s indeed a nice introduction to quality coffee.

This is very accurate in its description. I found this roast incredibly flavourful, yet subtle. Though, I would have wanted a little bit more body to this roast.
