This one worked better for me in the V60(vs. Aeropress), with water between 80-85c, lots of chocolate in the taste, not too much acidity, smooth. Was best for first part of cup, did not enjoy as much when it cooled.

Delicious espresso

Makes great, thick espresso.
I can't usually taste all the notes suggested in coffees, but the chocolate definitely comes through.
