This naturally processed coffee comes from various smallholder farmers in the Shantawene Kebele in Ethiopia. The cherries undergo meticulous density sorting and hand sorting before being sun-dried, resulting in a vibrant and sweet cup with notes of blackberry, raisin, and almond.

Quite pleasant

I have purchased a darker roast from this particular roaster in the past and this was much lighter and I will say a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this coffee.
