We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Love this dark roast!

We are currently flying our single engine airplane through eastern Canada. Because I am a foodie who loves coffee, I always do research ahead to find great local roasters to try their coffee. However, I have yet to find one that rivals the dark chocolate, wonderful almost molasses essence in this Rosso Hideaway. That is why I ground my Hideaway beans at home and bring them with us, along with my pour over kettle, filters and filter funnel, which sure beats hotel coffee. We fill our Yeti’s and are good to go. We love this dark roast!

Great go to coffee

I bought this coffee to try it out because my wife likes Dark Roast coffee and thought I would give it a try. It turned out to be quite good and very low acidity. Has great body and flavour. We have purchased other coffee from this roaster and I would definitely purchase this coffee or any other coffee from this roaster again.

Good coffee

I think the roast was relatively light and the taste was good. Maybe just a tad acidic, but not overpowering at all

We were a little disappointed. The Rosso Hideaway lacked the big, bold flavour that we were expecting from a dark roast coffee. I would not be ordering again.
