A rare miss from Traffic

A rare miss from Traffic.

I like co-ferments typically. This one was not a bad coffee overall but significantly less good than other co-ferments I've tried, and my least favorite Traffic offering to date.

I tried several brew methods with both pour-over and aeropress, trying to make it work for me, and nearly every time it came across as vegetal and hay-like rather than anywhere near the tasting notes on the label.

The one method I tried that I was able to actually finish the cup (though still found it a bit vegetal) was using the usually overkill Tetsu Kasuya 10-pour pourover method, which was able to mask some of the vegetal flavours with higher extraction and richness.

It's worth trying for the novelty, I guess, but I'm not impressed by this one.
