After a 2-3 day dry fermentation, the coffee is carefully dried on African beds for almost two weeks, resulting in a clean, juicy, and incredibly expressive cup with notes of pineapple, lime pie, and lavender, embodying both power and elegance

Vibrant roast

This is my first time trying 94 Celsius and it's a great introduction. I brewed this for pour over (v60) and found that the coffee starts with smooth apricot notes and as it cools, becomes vibrant and bright. There is definitely lime acidity and strawberry sweetness. A great one!
