Resulting from unusual out-of-season fruiting due to climate changes, this coffee underwent a meticulous 60-hour closed-tank yeast fermentation using Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This process yields a structured, creamy, and vibrantly alive cup with notes of magnolia, kiwi, melon, and condensed milk
