We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. Customers

Reduced Tariffs on Chinese Goods: Following a new agreement between the U.S. and China, tariffs on Chinese imports have been significantly reduced. Previously, tariffs were as high as 145%, but they have now been lowered to 30% for a 90-day period starting May 14, 2025. These new tariff numbers are in addition to any existing duty rates that were applicable on imports and vary from product to product.

De Minimis Rule Changes: The U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong. These low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.

Tariffs on Canadian Goods: A 25% tariff now applies to most goods originating from Canada. However, the de minimis rule still applies for Canadian goods.

First coffee from Escape. This was a bit darker than expected. With more time (or a better person making the coffee) it could be much better.

Good daily bean

We have been drinking this one on busy weekdays. It's a delicious, consistent coffee, which we love to prepared in our aeropress.

Great taste at great price

This was a really pleasant coffee. It hits all of the right notes being jammy and fruity but is well balanced with the chocolate and brown sugar flavours. It is forgiving and easy to brew and gives a nice cup at a very affordable price point.
