Sorellina - Lychee Burst
COF-SR-0066This remarkable coffee from the Asbi Estate and the Aalamin co-op in Bener Meriah, Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia, is a fantastic example of a co-fermented lot. The beans are pulped, inoculated with natural yeasts, and co-fermented with fresh lychee for 46 hours, followed by wet hulling. This process results in a wild, punchy, and outrageous cup with vibrant notes of lychee candy, citrus marmalade, melon, and white florals
