Totally unique

There is a lot going on in this coffee; I'd say a wild mix of herbal and floral notes. I just had my first cup using Tatsu's devil recipe on the Hario Switch (dropping the temp from 94 initially to 80 for the immersion part) and I'll experiment with my Kalita Wave next cup. One of the most outstanding coffees I've ever had - no surprise that it comes from Paraiso 92 Wilton Benitez
