Tonik has been formulated to enhance the vibrant acidity of your coffee and will impart a crisp, intense and juicy kick to your brew.

How to Use:
1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use
2. Add 3g-4g of mineral concentrate to 1 litre of brew water, or add 1 to 10 drops, directly into your coffee

My go-to for water remineralization. Would really recommend for anyone getting seriously into coffee. As someone who brews daily and often for friends, the 100ml size lasts me about 6 months when I use 4 drops for a 18g:300ml brew. I will keep buying these because it has made a big difference in my coffee.

Highlights acidity very well

Easy to use pre or post brew — just shake and drop. In my experience it far exceeds Third Wave Water or Lotus drops. I like 50-70ppm brews, which helps this product last longer. If you follow their instructions for ~120ppm, it's going to run out fairly quickly.
