Each order is fulfilled from our 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our warehouse team collaborates closely with our front office to guarantee precision, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We carefully assemble all shipments in-house to provide you with the best possible experience from the moment you order your coffee gear.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email. Should you request updates on delivery, you may contact the carrier directly. Shipping Estimates
Orders over $75 (before taxes) within Canada will qualify for free shipping. For all orders under $75, we charge a flat rate of $10.
Orders over $100 (before taxes) to the Continental USA will qualify for free standard shipping. For all orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12 USD.
All other international orders will have shipping costs calculated live at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We collaborate with multiple carriers to both enhance efficiency and to provide more options for our customers. At checkout, our system will automatically determine the most cost-effective and expedited shipping rates.

Delays:
We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days of placement. Despite our best efforts, Canada Statutory holidays or Statutory Holidays from other regions may impact delivery times. Unforeseen delays caused by strikes, severe weather, and supply chain issues may also occur.
Shipments to small towns and rural areas may experience delays and may require pickup from the nearest depot.
Calgary Showroom Pick-Up:
If you've placed your order on a weekday prior to 12pm, we will likely have it ready to be picked up within 4 hours of the same day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification inviting you to our Calgary showroom where you can test out additional coffee gear!
Please wait for the confirmation email before picking up your order; if you encounter any delays or issues, contact our customer experience team at hello@eightouncecoffee.ca or 403-457-9844 and we will be happy to assist you.
Orders will be held for a maximum of 10 days. After this period, uncollected items will be restocked and refunded, subject to certain conditions. Please note that perishable items such as coffee and tea are non-refundable. For further details, review our refund policy here.
Express Orders:
Express orders are prioritized for same-day shipping, with a cutoff time of 11:59am MT. Orders placed after this time should be confirmed by calling (403) 457-9844, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Express shipments are delivered on business days only; therefore, orders shipped on Friday will be delivered no earlier than Monday, excluding statutory holidays, which may cause additional delays.
P.O. Box Addresses:
Shipments to P.O. Box addresses are handled exclusively by Canada Post or USPS.
International Orders:
If you are unsure about shipping options to your location, please call 403-457-9844 or email hello@eightouncecoffee.ca and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that international shipments are made at the buyer's risk and that Eight Ounce Coffee is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Additionally, orders shipped outside Canada may incur import fees according to the destination country's import regulations.
Shipping Restrictions and Imports
Distribution Agreements
Please note that due to our distribution agreements, some brands cannot be shipped outside of Canada. You will find a note on the product page if a brand is restricted to your area.
If an order does go against these agreements, we will unfortunately have to cancel it. But don't worry – we will be sure to reach out to you by email or phone if that happens.
Import and Duties
US and international customers may be billed by their government for import fees based on the country's import guidelines when the order crosses into the country. The personal exemption amount into the United States is $800 USD, so if your order is valued less than this, you will not be taxed upon delivery.
EIN/SSN required if you have a broker.
PLEASE NOTE: Eight Ounce is not responsible for any applicable import fees associated with orders within the US.
Pre-Orders
It is important to us that you receive your coffee gear as soon as possible. To avoid unnecessary delays, it is recommended that you make pre-order purchases separately. All packages containing a pre-ordered item will be held in our warehouse until that item can be fulfilled - even if it contains products currently in stock.

Packaging
Rather than issuing a new box for each order, we prefer to repurpose the packaging materials we receive. This approach not only reduces costs but also minimizes environmental impact. We also repurpose unused boxes by shredding them into cushioning material to protect fragile items during transit. When new packaging is necessary, we only select the most eco-friendly options available.
