Partnering with the processing experts at La Palma y El Tucán through the Neighbors & Crops program, the coffee underwent a 30-hour low-oxygen fermentation before being rinsed and dried for 15 days. The result is a classic and elegant Gesha profile, featuring delicate floral aromas and peachy stone fruit balanced by a crisp lemonade acidity and a refined black tea finish
