Established in 1904, the farm has evolved into a pioneer of regenerative agriculture, blending ancestral wisdom with modern scientific practices to restore soil health and local biodiversity. Grown at altitudes up to 1,900 meters, this fully washed lot features a unique blend of traditional varieties and the high-performing SL28. The resulting cup is smooth and classic, characterized by sweet, nutty layers of hazelnut and nougat with a rich caramel finish
