This Caturra lot undergoes a sophisticated double anaerobic fermentation, during which it is co-fermented with dehydrated strawberries to infuse the beans with intense fruit aromatics. Following this "funky" processing, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (Sugar Cane) method, which preserves the structural integrity and complex flavors of the bean.
