Dak does it again -

Another delicious coffee from Dak (admittedly I'm a bit of a fanboy). All the flavor notes on the box are there with a light roast profile and fully developed flavor.

Amazing pour over

I wouldn't waste my time trying to dial this in for espresso. Although I will say, the aromatics it produces when ground fine are next level. But it's so good in an AeroPress on a nice rough grind, steeped for at least 5 minutes, 10 optimally. The berry and grape notes shine through and it has a surprisingly juicy mouthfeel and clean finish.

Great espresso

Takes some time to dial in but it’s good for espresso

Another great coffee from Dak. Berry/grape notes are very present, and the coffee is super boozy. I had it in the 8oz cafe as well, and it was great.
