COF-DA-0356This "Cata Reserva Vol. 1" is a limited-release Pink Bourbon produced at the new coffee estate of Cata Export in Huila, Colombia. Grown at 2,000 meters, this lot undergoes a complex multi-stage process, starting with an 84-hour oxidation in open tanks followed by 36 hours of anaerobic fermentation. The resulting cup is exceptionally creamy and indulgent, offering playful notes of forest fruit gelato and smooth vanilla yoghurt, anchored by a rich brown sugar sweetness.
