Tasting Notes: White Flowers, Raspberry Cream, Red Plum

The name Le Cure is a playful blend of French and English. “Le” represents the French-Canadian roots of DAK’s founders, while “Cure” sounds like “Liquor,” adding a fun twist. It’s a versatile name, perfect for this rotating collection of unique coffees. Carefully selected by DAK and Eight Ounce, roasted by DAK, and offered only through Eight Ounce, this collection will feature a new coffee every 6 months, bringing you fresh, seasonal flavours. This project reflects our passion for high-quality coffee and our strong friendship with DAK, with the box design reflecting this unique bond. The second Le Cure coffee is First Blush, an Heirloom coffee from Guji, Ethiopia, sourced from the Diima Siko washing station in the Siko village of Uraga, which is renowned for producing high-scoring lots. This Natural-processed coffee delivers an intense, fruity, and floral profile. With notes of white flowers, raspberry cream, and red plum, this coffee is bright, unique, and delicately sweet. A perfect balance of freshness and flavour. You can only get First Blush through Eight Ounce. We’re excited to share this special offering with you!

DAK does not disappoint

Tried the last "le cure" series bean and decided to jump in right away with this version. As described, a clean, sweet cup with delicate aroma.
