The blend of SL28 and SL34 varieties undergoes a meticulous washed process, including 12-24 hours of fermentation, a final 24-hour soaking stage, and 2-3 weeks of sun drying. This delivers a complex and balanced cup with bright acidity and a sweet finish, featuring notes of raspberries, hibiscus tea, and sea buckthorn jam
