FELLOW Stagg [X] Pourover Set (300ml/10oz)

I enjoy this pour over, although I find it quite fast compared to my other pour overs. For a flat bottom brewer, I often have to go a lot finer than I expect to prevent it from filtering too quickly. That said, I think the results are great when I get it dialed.

Well-made and feels sturdy. Makes a great clear cup. The tasting glass is very nice and satisfying to use.

I've been using this dripper for a few weeks and it's allowed me to brew outstanding cups. I originally bought the larger dripper, the XF, but it turned out to be too large for brewing just 15-20 grams of coffee, which is my usual dose. The X model, on the other hand, is perfect for those smaller doses with a 1:15 to 1:16 yield, as the tasting glass holds around 300 ml.
Pros:
- perfect for smaller doses;
- double walls on both the brewer and the tasting glass help with heat management by keeping the water temperature stable while brewing (the brewer needs to be pre-warmed thoroughly); they also keep the coffee warm for a long time;
- flat bottom produces a very sweet, balanced cup;
- stunning materials and looks.
Cons:
- not really necessary if you already have the XF (lol);
- Stag's filters tend to collapse, or at least loose their shape, when rinsing them; they're also expensive-ish and difficult to find, so I'm planning to try Kalita filters when I finish the pakage included with the brewer.

Take a V60 pouring routine and apply it to the Stagg X. Enjoy a sweeter cup, with reduced acidity, without losing too much clarity in the taste.

Enjoying this as a brewing alternative. Kalita 185 filters are a good stand-in.

I own a number of pour over brewing tools. I was looking for an option to take on the road when we stay in towns with limited to no decent coffee. Once you have had great coffee it’s hard to settle for less. This brewing option is awesome. So much so I plan on getting a second one so I can brew 2 pour overs at once. The glass decanter doubles as an amazing cup.

I already own a few things from Fellow and this set just adds to the collection. I love how the dripper fits perfectly on top of the carafe and on top of the kettle for pre-heating. First time trying the tasting glass and about to purchase more.

Works with Kalita filters and better than Kalita dripper due to lack of grooves on its walls and thermal stability.

I bought this as my entry point to pour over and this set makes it so easy to get started.

Find it easier VS a v60 to be consistant. Good for an on the go dripper. Quality made like every other fellow product. Use this with a timemore C2 grinder.

Makes a very tasty cup of coffee. East to use and looks slick. Drinking from the cup makes you feel extremely fancy.

This little pourover brewer for one is perfect. Great double-walled carafe is sturdy, and brewer has excellent seal that fits nicely to the glass. Would buy again.

Could be happier with my Stagg X pour over set. Truly perfect in every way for one person. I drink one cup of coffee per day, so might as well make it the best cup possible! This system is like nothing I’ve ever had before. Can’t possibly say enough good things about it. Can’t see how anyone would ever be disappointed by this product. A coffee lover’s dream system.

I have been using Hario V60 for last year and wanted to try a new brewer.
Fellow one is easy to use and I will be using it when I travel since my Hario v60 is a ceramic brewer.

The coffee brewed compared to my Hario has a more robust flavour (using same coffee beans). I find for me that It did need to be brewed slightly differently (grind size) than Hario v60 because of its filter shape and the drip holes at the bottom of the brewer.

I love how the dual wall tasting glass has a single flared lip. The brewer itself is easy to use and cleans up easily.

Smooth coffee, hold in the heat long enough, and of course, eightouncecoffee never disappoint with their fast delivery.

I've been doing pour overs for years with my Hario V60 but read an online article about this brewer. I decided to treat myself and was surprised but just how different the flavours are when brewed with this system! It's fantastic. Very happy.

I really like this dripper for making a single cup. It fits the included Glass perfectly. It will also make a great travel companion, being compact and stainless steel. In case you can't get the Stagg X Filters, the Kalita 185 filters fit nicely too.

I'm impressed. I find my pour overs in this way more aromatic than a chemex or a v60. The heat retention glass is awesome.

The only downside is it only makes enough for 1 large coffee. (or 2 smalls) but I've made some great cups with it. And would definitely recommend it.
