FUNK - Say It Ain't So

Say It Ain't So is a heavy-bodied natural process coffee from the Gedeo Zone, specifically processed at the Hirut Birhanu station. Hirut and her sister Mahder transformed an inactive mill into a high-functioning site that now employs over 400 locals, predominantly women. The high elevation and traditional natural drying on raised beds result in a decadent cup with jammy acidity and a wine-like roundness, offering intense flavors of dark fruits and a lingering, sweet finish.
