Tasting Notes: White Floral, Fuji Apple, Panela

Café Entre Pinos is a distinguished lot from Alto Tribaldos in the Bambito microregion of Chiriquí, Panama. The estate has been in the Jurado family since 1977, when Don Iván Jurado Tribaldos established the farm using technical knowledge gained from his experience in the rum industry to refine coffee production. Today, his family continues this legacy of precision, utilizing the area’s unique microclimate to produce award-winning coffees. This Caturra lot was processed using a traditional washed method to highlight the variety's crisp profile and inherent clarity. The resulting cup is bright and refined, opening with delicate white floral aromatics and a juicy Fuji apple acidity, all grounded by a deep, molasses-like panela sweetness
