COF-KF-0027Brazil Tarsila is a quintessential expression of the São José do Rio Pardo region, representing a collective effort from approximately 40 small regional farms. This blend of varieties is specifically roasted to provide a classic, high-performance Brazilian espresso profile characterized by deep sweetness and very low acidity. Processed using the traditional natural method—where the cherries are dried whole to enhance body and sugar concentration—the coffee develops a heavy, syrupy texture. The resulting cup is rich and comforting, anchored by intense nutty notes of hazelnut and roasted almond, layered with cocoa nibs and a lingering finish of golden syrup
