COF-PD-0057This washed AA grade coffee from the Ndiaini co-op in Murang'a County, Kenya, is our latest addition to the 2025 menu. Produced by approximately 1200 members of the co-op, the coffee undergoes a meticulous washed process that includes flotation, a 16-24 hour fermentation, and a final 8-14 hour soak. This results in an awesome, bright, and zippy cup with notes of peach, cranberry, and pomegranate
