COF-SP-0197This comfortable washed espresso is the first lot from the Kamogo project, led by Benjamin Jenkin of Cahoots Coffee in Kapchorwa Town, Mt. Elgon, Uganda. Featuring the well-regarded SL-14 and SL-28 varieties, this coffee is processed using a "Culture Washed" method, incorporating a native bacteria and yeast starter for enhanced fermentation. The resulting cup is complex and balanced, with a deep sweetness, soft acidity, and notes of dates, juicy fig, and rich brown sugar.
