Solid coffee

I've had quite a few bags of Sorellina and found this one to be an enjoyable solid cup of coffee in the morning. There are lighter more nuanced coffees out there but that's not what this bag is trying to be

Well structured

I can mostly agree with the listed tasting notes. Have tried 2 coffees from Sorellina so far and both had this faint smoky taste, despite the beans looking decently light.
