While the later picks of the season focus on dark fruit intensity, these earlier harvests provide a clean and highly balanced structure that excels under pressure. Grown at 1,700 meters in the volcanic soil of Chimaltenango, the coffee is traditionally washed and meticulously sorted. As an espresso, it offers a syrupy mouthfeel and a comforting flavor profile, featuring the soft acidity of stewed apple integrated with a creamy cashew nuttiness and a deep, lingering toffee sweetness.
