We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Coffee Collective's partnership with Aga aims to ensure transparent payments for farmers in Yirgacheffe, marking the second year of collaboration with Habtamu Aga Fekadu. Previously known as “Worka,” Aga coffee is grown in Gedeb woreda, where coffee is vital to the local economy, involving 250 family-owned farms delivering cherries to the washing station. This washed coffee features an aromatic profile of stone fruits, vibrant acidity, and floral notes. The post-harvest process includes careful depulping followed by a 72-hour soaking period, enhancing sweetness while maintaining a clean flavour.
