After growing up in a multi-generational coffee family, Juan began experimenting with microlots in 2017, eventually partnering with the renowned San Vicente export group to refine his processing. This Gesha was processed using an anaerobic washed method, where a controlled, oxygen-free fermentation stage adds depth and lift to the variety's naturally elegant profile. The result is a cup defined by superb clarity, featuring zesty lemongrass aromatics, the vibrant acidity of sweet orange, and a refined, tea-like structure
