Phil & Sebastian - Clara Luz: Geisha
COF-PS-0105gThis exceptional Geisha is produced by Servio Gonzales at Finca Clara Luz, located in the Huancocolla Valley near Quilanga in southern Ecuador. Servio, an agronomist and one of Ecuador’s most decorated producers, named the farm after his mother and manages it with methodical precision. Grown at 1,700 meters, this lot undergoes a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation before being slow-dried on shaded raised beds for 30 days. The result is a coffee of remarkable clarity and structure, offering playful and intense notes of Froot Loops cereal and Concord grape, grounded by a refined black tea finish
