Roasted slightly darker than the filter version to optimize it for straight shots and Americanos, this lot remains clean and exceptionally well-fruited. The process involves a 48-hour open-tank fermentation and a slow 18–24 day drying period on shaded beds. The resulting cup is juicy and vibrant, featuring a sweetness reminiscent of pomegranate and orange, balanced by delicate light floral aromatics
