We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Produced by Iván Gerardo Solís Rivera at the Solis & Cordero Micromill, this lot from Finca Cuatro Vientos is a testament to Ivan’s two decades of expertise in coffee processing and quality control. A certified Q-grader since 2009, Ivan founded the micromill in 2018 to support smallholders in the Santos region through innovative processing. This Red Catuai underwent a Black Honey process, where cherries are fermented in piles for 48 hours before being pulped and sun-dried on beds, finished in mechanical dryers to ensure precision. The result is a rich, slightly funky, and deeply sweet cup that balances vibrant fruit notes of cherry and strawberry with the comforting depth of milk chocolate and toasted pecan
