We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

This refined washed coffee is produced at the Udesa Fora station in the Kercha district of Guji, Ethiopia. Managed by Mekonnen Beriso, the station collects cherries from 300–400 smallholder farmers who grow shade-grown heirloom varieties at altitudes reaching 2,100 meters. The name "Udesa Fora" translates to "resting under a tree," reflecting the unique microclimate where cool nights and moderate sun allow for the development of complex sugars. Following a precise 72-hour fermentation and traditional washing, the coffee offers a quintessential Guji profile: crisp citrus notes of lemon peel, the soft sweetness of apricot, and a delicate, tea-like finish with jasmine aromatics.
