The farm has grown from a single hectare to a thriving family operation managed by Renato and his son Rafael. The lot underwent the Ethyl Acetate (Sugarcane) decaffeination process, which is known for preserving the structural integrity of the bean while enhancing natural sweetness. This method perfectly complements the coffee's inherent nutty profile, resulting in a moreish mouthfeel with distinct notes of toasted hazelnut and rich toffee, lifted by a gentle acidity reminiscent of forest fruits.
