I mean..

I mean. It’s a plastic tray. It makes dosing green beans easier, fits nice on my scale, and easy to pour them into my Kaffelogic. It’s cheaper than any of the alternatives and they’re all the same plastic tray so it seems useful and the most cost effective option.

Clean and crisp

Bright White, clean and crisp. Provides a good contrast to beans. They're reasonably priced for what you get. A smaller size would be great for home use, but I expect this is designed primarily for commercial roasters.

A bit thicker / less flexible than the blue one I tried previously.

I like the white colour better than an weird blue colour which to me doesn't go with coffee, but the blue one was thinner and more flexible, which I thought was a bad thing, felt light and cheap, this one's also pretty light and cheap but more rigid. However, for pouring out coffee beans into a roaster or something else, the flexibility of the thinner blue one does come in handy. But I think either are fine really.
