Oxygen makes coffee stale and robs your brew of its full potential. Atmos banishes air, moisture, and odours to stop your beans from aging out before you've enjoyed the whole bag. The integrated vacuum pump sucks air out to prevent oxidation and extend coffee's shelf life by up to 50%. Choose Clear Glass or upgrade to Matte Black or Matte White stainless steel for an extra layer of protection from flavour-sucking sunlight.

An integrated vacuum pump keeps the vacuum magic all in the lid so you never have to hunt down a separate piece. Just twist the lid back and forth to remove air from the inside and watch the dot on the vacuum lock indicator drop to reveal a green ring. The vacuum is now locked to prevent oxidation and extend the shelf life of coffee and other pantry items. An airtight silicone seal stops air, moisture, odours, and other funk from seeping in.

When the contents of your Atmos are calling your name, press the easy release button to unlock and bring the air pressure back to normal.

Don't just limit your Atmos to coffee! You can store cereal, nuts, cookies, candy, or whatever else could benefit from the banishment of air. Just make sure you refrain from putting fine powder inside (flour, finely ground coffee, etc.). This may cause clogging of the vacuum lid and void the warranty.

The Atmos is designed to hold a vacuum for approximately 3-4 days, storing your coffee beans to use throughout the week. It is not designed for long term shelf storage. As your coffee degasses, you may see the notch level decrease or disappear all-together, and you may need to release the pressure and reseal. How much or how fast your coffee degasses will vary depending on how recently the coffee was roasted, the type of coffee and the roast. Basically, the less gas, the longer your Atmos Canister will keep its seal!

    • Choose between three colours (Clear Glass, Matte Black or Matte White) and three sizes:
      • 400ml canister holds up to 170g (6oz) of coffee beans
      • 700ml canister holds up to 280g (10oz) of coffee beans
      • 1200ml canister holds up to 450g (16oz) of coffee beans
    • Do not place Atmos upside down while storing content inside. Refrain from putting fine powder inside: flour, finely ground coffee, etc. This may cause clogging of the vacuum lid.
    • Not dishwasher safe, hand wash only

The vacuum canister effectively keeps coffee beans fresh with its twist-seal mechanism. Customers praised its "sleek design" and build quality. Most found it "easy to use" and worth the investment. However, some noted the seal can break after a few days, requiring re-sealing, and the twisting requires many rotations. A few reported seal failures after extended use.

Do yourself a favor and buy the stainless steel version.

When it's brand new it is very elegant but trust me it's gonna look ugly really fast if you use it with coffee beans, which I think is the main reason why we are all buying it here. Leave it over night in dishwater soap and it's still gonna be all ugly when you'll rince it. You'll spend more time cleaning it than using it and if you know your things right with coffee, just like in your grinder's hoper it's not good to have left over oil inside as it's gonna affect the taste of your coffee and this glass is really hard to get clean.

That is the very first issue. Now the second and main one, is that it's made of very very thin and fragile glass that will blow up in million of pieces if you drop it of just a feet. At such price it could have been at least made of thick glass like those "Tupperware" even if you'll never micro-oven what's inside. I knew it would happen one day but never expected it to happen out of nowhere within a split second after less than 5 uses. Then if you have to buy a replacement and the 1.2L is often out of stock here, the cost of both together will be way higher than just having spent a bit more for the unbreakable and much easier to clean stainless version!

Otherwise the air concealment works pretty good. It was just hard at first for me I hurt my left thumb. It was also hard for the one I gifted to my mom as she has "old fingers" if you see what I mean, but got the hand on it. I broke mine while cleaning it, not while spinning the top-cap but know that it is harder to seal than you think it will. If you have a single-dose grinder you're gonna be annoyed pretty fast as it's a somewhat long process to do, just to get ur 18-20g of beans once or twice a day out of ur canister. I'll see if the Airscape are any better or not as it's I'll need a replacement and there's no more 1.2L black SS in stock.

This is the one!

I’ve tried so many vacuum containers opting for cheap. Well they didn’t hold up. The Fellow Atmos is everything and all you need for coffee storage. Worth every penny!
I’ve bought more since my first purchase. I just wish they did a larger version to hold the 2 or even larger bags. You won’t regret this purchase.

Had heard mixed reviews before buying this canister

Had heard mixed reviews before buying this canister, but we absolutely love it. Holds 250g of beans perfectly. The twisting action to vacuum seal it is actually kind of fun, and most importantly, I don't ever feel like I'm going to spill beans everywhere. Would happily buy another one.

More durable.

My old Atmos jar was the glass model, and a crack formed from the top where the lid is rotated to make the seal. After only 2 years, that was frustrating. But the sealing mechanism is so much smoother than other jars I have tried. So I made a switch and purchssed the stainless steel, for what is sure to be a more robust option for daily use

Love it

I’ve always just dumped my beans into the hopper and didn’t worry too much we would go through a bag fairly quickly.

After recently getting into espresso and having multiple bags on the go these are a no brainer.

Great supplemental product

I love specialty light roast coffees, but I don't drink them fast enough by myself so they tend to go stale before I can enjoy a full bag, even though I tend to get smaller bags. After a week of use, I haven't had any issues with the seal leaking or the coffee letting off enough CO2 to make these storage containers awkward to use. Once you have a good grinder, weigh scale, good brewer, and you've sorted out your brewing methods, a solid storage solution such as this container is a great addition to make sure the beans stay fresh. One thing to note is I'd recommend getting the largest one just to make sure you can store full bags at a time from as many different roasters as possible; some roasters sell 250g bags at the smallest while others only go down to 300 or 350g.

Simple and Effective

It's easy to use, not over complicated, and feels sturdy. Keeps coffee fresh when I'm opening multiple bags to try or grabbing a KG of whatever feels nice that month.

The canister is good and the lid is easy to use to vacuum out air

The canister is good and the lid is easy to use to vacuum out air. I went with the 1200 ML to hold 2-3 weeks of espresso beans for my house. The downside is just as the canister gets lower, it takes many more pumps of the lid to get the air out. I can see why fellow made an electric version.

Overall a great product and very aesthetic.

100% Satisfied

Great canisters. Ordered two mid-sized a few years ago, and just ordered another two of the larger size…. I have had no issues with the seals, although I did order a spare after reading a few reviews; still sitting in the drawer! I do take the time to check that the vacuum is active, especially for my decaf beans, which I don’t use very often.

Keeps beans fresh!

Got the transparent one which allows me to see the beans - was worried that the glass can be more fragile, but it has held up very well over time. Have to reseal it every now and then, but that's just because the fresh beans are degassing.

Solid Product, Slightly Tedious to Seal

This is a great-looking, well-built canister that keeps my beans fresh and protected from light. The manual vacuum function works as described, though it does take a bit of twisting to get a proper seal each time. If you use it daily, it might be worth spending a bit more for the electric version, which is more convenient. Still, an excellent product overall.

Works as advertised and as reviewed

Bought this based on reading reviews from other sites that suggested it as the best vacuum canister and have not been disappointed with its performance. The twisting lid action takes a few seconds but isn't so burdensome as to warrant the electric assist in my mind. I just wish these came in larger volumes to accommodate full pounds of beans.

I ordered two - one for drip and the other for espresso

I ordered two - one for drip and the other for espresso.
Initially I thought there was an issue with the seal on one of them as the vacuum would fail over the course of a day or two. It turned out to be ‘user error’ as I wasn’t torquing the lids enough.
Now they’re working perfectly and my coffee stays super fresh for days at a time. Just be aware that the lids have to be torqued all the way to firm resistance.

Highly recommended!
