The lovely customer service folks helped diagnose my grinder problem as a worn down burr. Popped this in and the grinder works beautifully again!

My fellow opus was starting to take a while to grind espresso (after 1-1.5 years).

I only replaced the outer burr, but a noticeable improvement in grind speed and quality.

Easy to remove, easy to install

Twist to remove the old burr and replace with the new, I wish I could say the same with the inner burr. Changed both inner and outer after almost three years (approx. 8 kilos). The grinder started creating lots of fines and clogged espresso and gave bad texture on filter.
