We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

For our U.S. Customers

Reduced Tariffs on Chinese Goods: Following a new agreement between the U.S. and China, tariffs on Chinese imports have been significantly reduced. Previously, tariffs were as high as 145%, but they have now been lowered to 30% for a 90-day period starting May 14, 2025. These new tariff numbers are in addition to any existing duty rates that were applicable on imports and vary from product to product.

De Minimis Rule Changes: The U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong. These low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.

Tariffs on Canadian Goods: A 25% tariff now applies to most goods originating from Canada. However, the de minimis rule still applies for Canadian goods.

I'm not an expert on coffeee brewing, but . . .

I like it. I make one mugful at a time, grinding the beans and pre-heating the mug and the dripper with hot tap water while the coffee water is heating. Even though I just use bulk-store Columbian beans, I always get flavorful, full-bodied coffee out of it.

Great brewer, I like the steep angle of the walls giving nice deep beds. This thing offers beauty, thermal stability and coffee with a rich body

Thermal Stability + Optional No-Bypass Brewing = Incredible Cups

Already falling in love with the Etkin 2-Cup! The increased thermal stability is really great, especially when you are pulse pouring. If you use the Sibarist FAST or B2 Flat papers (also strongly recommend the Booster 45 to increase output flow), you can make this flat bottom a 0-bypass brewer as well! This combined with the stronger thermal stability (compared to the other 0-bypass flat bottom brewers on the market) makes it an incredible product to use. Cannot recommend enough!
