Be the first to taste this incredible coffee, available to us before anyone else. Buku, one of Ethiopia’s highest coffee-growing regions, has farm plots at elevations up to 2,350 masl. Esayas Beriso started in a government office in Dimtu but soon began collecting coffee cherries with his brothers to sell to wet mills. As their operation grew, Esayas planted his own coffee trees and left his government job in 2009 to focus on the coffee business full-time. Now, it’s a family operation, with his wife Meskerem managing their farm’s harvest and buying cherries from nearby farms.
